GSS ensures the quality at each stage of production, from raw materials to packing. All raw materials like Wire Rod, Chemicals, Drawing Lubricants, and packing materials are tested as per GSS stringent specifications. We carry out testing for in process materials in which the finished strands are tested for each parameter against the requirements of applicable ASTM and BS Standards. The stress strain graph for each tensile test is supplied for each coil along with test certificate.
We also regularly carry out and maintain certificates of successful testing of the strand from external labs in Belgium, Germany, UK, and USA for following long term quality testing as indicated below:
